Research Seminar Series: Novel Imaging Techniques

Join us to learn more about novel imaging techniques! We are excited to be joined by Dr. Shannon Kolind’s research team to explore how brain imaging techniques are being made accessible for brain health conditions across the spectrum and the incredible impact this research can have on improving healthcare.

Your Time: A series of classes for care partners 

This program series is designed especially for care partners and family members of people with chronic brain conditions. It’s your time — to take a break from your responsibilities and do something meaningful for yourself. It offers care partners an opportunity to discover new things, explore and express your creativity, and connect with others who understand. 

The series includes a variety of classes to discover tools for managing daily life. However, we know it’s about more than just learning new skills. Within each online workshop, participants also have the opportunity to share their experiences and create supportive connections with their fellow care partners. 

Classes are offered consecutively over the Winter and Spring terms, eliminating the need to choose between them. All workshops are held on Tuesdays, 10:30am-12pm.

Yoga Foundations – every Wednesdays at 9am or 10:15am 

Afternoon Unwind – every Thursday at 4pm 

Higher Intensity Interval Training – Mon, Fri 9:30am, Wed 4:30pm
